Annotto Bay - St. Mary

A one-time port on the north coast

Office is located to the west of the town, 150 yds before the bridge

The bay was known to the Arawaks as "Guayguata".

Presumably a place where the annotto tree (Bixa orellana), used to make a red dye, grows
